  • How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

    If the products in your order are in stock at a Rose'L Beauty location in your country, your order will be delivered within 2-5 days. If the products in your order are not in stock at a Rose'L Beauty location in your country, your product will be shipped from Rose'L Beauty warehouses in the US or UK. International orders are delivered within 5-9 days on average.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to many countries.

  • Why can't I see some branded products?

    These are products that will be added to our website but have not yet been added or are out of stock.

  • Will I pay customs duties on international orders?

    Orders are shipped duty paid (ddp), so there are no additional charges for international orders.
